Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% and 100% for no-shows. This does not count as a deposit for the next booked appointment. Due to short service times, I have to enforce a strict 5 minute late policy. Arriving more than 5 minutes late MAY result in rescheduling your service for another time or day. This will be on a case by case basis, availability depending. Please notify me as soon as possible for any cancellations or to move an appointment via email (text will be available soon).
