Hi! My name is Morgan, the Owner and Operator of Roots Waxing Co. I am a Licensed Advanced Esthetician of 8 years and located in Cincinnati, Ohio. I offer full body waxing services with a specialty is Brazilian Waxing, Intimate Skincare services and Eyebrow waxing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No-shows and Same Day Cancellations will be charged a 50% fee of services booked. This does not count toward a deposit for the next booked appointment. Failure to pay this fee will result in being blocked from booking. Due to short service times, there is a strict 5 minute late policy. Arriving more than 5 minutes late MAY result in rescheduling your service for another time or day, though I will do my best to get you in same day. Please notify me as soon as possible if you are running late or for any cancellations or rescheduling. You can reach me via email for new clients, or text for existing clients. Please include your name, appointment time and date, and services scheduled. Thank you for being considerate of my time and other client’s time as well!
