Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% and 100% for no-shows. This does not count as a deposit for the next booked appointment. Due to short service times, I have to enforce a strict 5 minute late policy. Arriving more than 5 minutes late MAY result in rescheduling your service for another time or day. This will be on a case by case basis, availability depending. Please notify me as soon as possible for any cancellations or to move an appointment via email (text will be available soon). Include your name, appointment time and date, as well as services scheduled. Thank you for being considerate of my time and other client’s time as well!
